Dear Superbuy User,
Due to the new EU customs tax policy effective from July 1, 2026, and to ensure smooth customs clearance and timely delivery of your parcels, we have been notified by our logistics partner that Superbuy adjusted its tariff collection standards for relevant shipping lines starting from 15:30 (Beijing Time) on June 24, 2026.
Please take note of the following two changes based on your shipping needs:
I. Tiered Tariff by Category (€3 per HS Code Category)
For the following shipping line, tariffs will be charged based on the number of HS code categories contained in the parcel. An additional €3 will be applied for each additional HS category.
Affected Line: Duty-Free Route (Apparel)
Billing Example: Parcel containing only "T-shirts": €3 Parcel containing "T-shirts + Hoodies" (2 categories in total): €6 (€3 × 2)
Tips: We recommend consolidating similar items into one parcel whenever possible to reduce tariff costs.
II. Special Alert for Parcels Already in Transit
For parcels that were submitted on or after June 23, 2026 and are currently in transit: If the parcel enters the EU after July 1, local customs will enforce tariff collection.
Additional Payment Notice: Superbuy will notify you via system message or email when additional tariffs are due. Please check your notifications promptly to avoid parcel detention or return due to unpaid duties.
