Adjustment Details Effective June 23, 2026 (Beijing Time), the following shipping lines will uniformly apply a fixed tariff of CNY 24 per parcel: Europe Duty-Free Air Express (Actual Weight) Europe DHL Duty-Free Express / Europe DHL Duty-Free Express (Special Goods) Europe DHL Duty-Free Express (Pure Batteries) Europe DHL Duty-Free Fast Line / Europe DHL Duty-Free Economy Line II. Special Notice (Parcels in Transit) Due to the impact of the new EU regulations, any parcels submitted on or after June 22, 2026, that are currently "in transit" and enter the EU after July 1, 2026, will be subject to customs duties by the local customs authorities.
