Dear Superbuy Users, We have been notified by our logistics partner that the following adjustments will be made to the billing rules of the [Duty-Free Route (Apparel)] route: I. Previous Billing Rules The chargeable weight is calculated based on the greater value between the actual weight and the volumetric weight, where volumetric weight = length (cm) * width (cm) * height (cm) / 6000; II. New Billing Rules The chargeable weight is calculated based on the actual weight； Superbuy has always placed great emphasis on user experience and interests. After careful evaluation, we will adjust the billing rules for the [Duty-Free Route (Apparel)]  routes effective from [June 1, 2026, 17:00 PM (Beijing Time)]. Parcels submitted for shipment before this time will still be billed according to the previous rules. Thank you for choosing Superbuy!
