Dear Superbuy Users,
Upon notification from the logistics provider, DHL Preferential Line & HK DHL Preferential Line (Heavy Cargo) shipping routes to the United States will resume service starting May 16, 2025.
Previously, these routes experienced some service limitations due to the impact of the U.S. tariff policy adjustments. Through the proactive coordination and efforts of the Superbuy team and our logistics partners, these issues have been effectively resolved, and the routes have returned to normal operation.
You can once again choose these efficient and convenient DHL Express routes to securely and quickly deliver your parcels to the United States.
Please also note: Due to the impact of the U.S. tariff policy, parcels shipped to the United States via DHL international express lines still carry the risk of the recipient refusing to pay customs duties. Therefore, effective 12:00 PM on May 15, 2025 (PDT), Superbuy will charge a customs duty deposit equivalent to 45% of the declared value for all DHL international express shipments bound for the United States (including the aforementioned resumed Hong Kong DHL Express routes).
Once the recipient pays the customs duties, you can apply to Superbuy for a refund of your prepaid customs duty deposit by providing the destination country's tax receipt (tax bill). In the event that the recipient refuses to pay customs duties, leading to the express company claiming these charges from Superbuy, we will directly deduct the corresponding amount from your prepaid customs duty deposit, with any surplus refunded and any shortfall charged.
Thank you for your support and trust! If you have any questions or need more information, please feel free to contact our online customer service or email us at [email protected]. We are here to assist you.
