Scenario Two: Service Not Completed Due to Abnormalities - 10x Compensation User A ordered the Inspection of 3C and Appliance Power service. If our warehouse team fails to complete the service within 24 hours without any status updates, the 10x compensation mechanism is triggered. The user will receive a compensation amount equivalent to 12*10 (compensation is non-refundable).
