Another box

This was a mixed bag for me. While I did enjoy the items and they were packaged well, as usual. There was a hiccup with the shipping process. I had to ship this order out twice because the first time my box was too big to go through customs. I only really have control over the weight of the parcel, so I assumed that the packing staff would make sure they send out boxes that are within the size range to successfully go through customs. I'm disappointed that wasn't the case and I wish I was informed of the size being an issue before the box was shipped out.
