Dear Superbuy Users, Due to the maintenance of the high-voltage power distribution room in the industrial park where our South China warehouse is located, the park will experience a power outage from 8:00 to 24:00 (Beijing Time) on June 22, 2024, resulting in a one-day suspension of operations at the Superbuy South China warehouse. This planned outage will affect the timeliness of goods receipt, package dispatch, and other in-warehouse operations. Over the past month, due to market changes and the excellent reputation accumulated by Superbuy, we have seen a significant increase in new customers and orders without any marketing efforts, which was unforeseen. This surge has exceeded our original service capacity, and we have swiftly made numerous optimizations and increased manpower in response. Affected by the market and the temporary power situation, we are still unable to quickly resolve the issue of delayed timeliness in the short term. We deeply apologize for this, and we have urgently implemented the following measures: 1. On June 21 (today), the warehouse is continuing to increase manpower to handle order demands, ensuring that 50% of the orders from June 19 are processed before the power outage; 2. From June 23 to 30, the warehouse will continue to increase manpower, expand the assembly line, and accelerate the processing of backlogged packages, with a full resumption of normal timeliness expected by July 1.
