Price Reduction for EMS Line

Dear superbuy users:

Upon notification from the logistics provider, it will reduce the price for EMS Line due to the adjustment of freight cost. Since Superbuy always takes users’ experience and interests as the top priority, we will adjust the shipping fees of parcels sent via the above 1 line to the UK, France, Spain, Germany, the Netherlands, and Mexico [starting from 17:00, February 9 (Beijing Time)] after careful evaluation, so as to minimize any negative impact on users. For parcels submitted before the new price takes effect, the shipping fees will remain unchanged.

Why is EMS so slow now?! It used to take 1 week, but now it's been 40 days and still not here

ive been waiting almost 2 months for my package, I would had sent my package via surface if I knew they were going to be delayed this bad.

You have to take chinese new year into consideration.

What is going on with my package that is supposed to be delivered in 5-20 days but it has been over 2 months! Parcel agent Kenna won't even do their job to push EMS for delivery when I requested so several times! Thsi has been the worst first expereince with Superbuy!
