Wrong packaging but great customer service

I bought two fountain pens on behalf of someone else and thus did not select any special option for the packaging. However, the pens came to me unfortunately without their original boxes so I could not give them to the people who asked me to buy the pens for them. I contacted customer service of Superbuy and my issue was taken care of very quickly. The customer service team investigated the problem and found out the reason why the packaging step was done wrongly. They applied a full refund for me, which I found quite impressive. I have been a loyal customer for a long time and have had issues before, but this time their solution was very fair and satisfactory to me as a customer. Thank you, customer service team and agent Johnson, for having helped me get to the core of the issue and solve it.
