Upon notice from Hong Kong DHL, since European countries have enforced stricter customs inspection recently,the sender will be added to black list while being fined if the parcel’s value is found to be under-declared. Starting August 10, 2020, if you choose Hong Kong DHL (ncluding Heavy Cargo Standard Express) to send any parcel to Europe, please follow the steps below, otherwise your parcel will not be sent:
1. When submitting the parcel, please enter the [Declared Value] truthfully;
2.Provide the proof of value (screenshot of transaction, clear picture of purchase invoice, etc.) within 12 hours after submitting the parcel.How to provide: Please send the proof of value to service@superbuy.com via email, with the subject of Parcel Number: PN Proof of Value.
If you do not provide it in time, your parcel will not be sent, and the resulting risk of parcel delay will be borne by you;
