Greetings!
Upon notice from the carriers of Preferential Line and Tax-Free Line, due to huge number of flight cancellations and surging air freight caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, we have seen a significant increase in our fees charged by logistics providers and these fees are expected to keep rising. Given this, we have to adjust the freight urgently, which will be effective starting 17 Mar., Beijing Time. The details are as follows (billed in RMB):
Parcels submitted on or before 16 Mar. are not subject to this price adjustment. When the flight arrangement returns to normal condition and the air freight becomes stable, the logistics providers will adjust the prices again. Due to insufficient capacity of air transportation and huge backlog of goods, the logistics providers have started to put weight limit to total goods from Superbuy. We suggest that you choose other logistics routes to send parcels in the near future.
