"EU & US Duty-Free Preferential Air Cargo-B" is the cheapest option for me at the moment. I'm waiting for my first parcels shipped with it. I don't know where you live, but waiting a week for a flight is quite normal and can happen with any airline due to flights cancellations, etc. What's important is whether it will be delivered within the given time frame. While using the same lines, I have experienced various delivery times. On average it takes 9-11 days to my location, but I had one speedy parcel that took just 5 days and two that were delayed and took 16-17 days. My 'Preferential Air Cargo-B' shipped on the 24th, reached the local depot today and met 'UK Air Cargo (Special)' shipped on the 23rd. I should have both tomorrow.
