Delivery Delays of NL Post Air Mail (General) / (Registered) / (DG)

Dear users,

Upon notification from the logistics provider, as some NL Post branches have been closed due to COVID-19, the handling and delivery of parcels sent via NL Post Air Mail (General), NL Post Air Mail (Registered) and NL Post Air Mail (DG) will be affected, and the transit time will be greatly extended, especially for parcels sent to Europe (including UK).

If you need to send urgent parcels via the above 3 lines, we suggest that you use Mainland China DHL or Hong Kong DHL-A (Small) / (Heavy) instead. We apologize for the inconvenience, and thank you for your understanding and support!
