Please add free extended storage period to people who use PayPal (while we wait), most of us can't use any other payment options. We were not given prior notice, many of us have items in the warehouse and now we cannot send them. Many of us don't mind paying the extra as long as we can keep buying. This cost doesn't compare to what Taobao resellers charge.

I have stuff in your warehouse and now I won't be able to pay for the shipping. I'm not openng a whole brand new account on a different payment system just for you. If this isn't resolved by June when the last item preorder will arrive, I'll have to do chargebacks. Please reconsider, a lot of countries use Paypal mostly and ONLY, you are limiting your own customer base. People definitely prefer few extra fees, as annoying as it is, than having to open another account on a different payment service (not to mention people might just want to pay directly from their Paypal balance and they'd have to transfer it back and forth and it's not worth it). Paypal not being available will lead to people searching for a different service. Don't do this to yourself. EDIT: I looked into the other payment systems you suggest and they all have alarming negative reviews. Not suggested.

Please put the visa/mastercard payment methods on the top-up page. Americas countries.

I hope you bring back PayPal because I'm not familiar with any of those services and it's going to be problematic to set them up... It was very convenient to pay with PayPal and now if I want to buy stuff or mail a package, I'm not sure how I'm going to do that....

How will people from the Us be able to pay now

it doesnt make sense to suspend paypal payments for the sole reason of the increase in costs. This is not protecting the customer. Let the customer decide whether they want to continue to use Paypal after the increase in fees

THERE IS NOTHING AVAILABLE FOR USA MEMBERS -- only bank transfer which is NOT SAFE IN THE USA. Please give us other options so we can pay for our existing orders!!!

We are your customers recived from your team that superbuy will no longer except PAYPAL payment . I want you to know as your customer more than 6 yers now. That all your customers are very very disappointed and that its includes me as well.this is not o.k as Im in tach with more customers that have an account in superbuy site are going to close it. And as I now many all ready close and going to get service from another similar service in chine .. as you now we send massages to superbuy team and we did not get any replay on this issues at all! You need to underspend that customers like me  can’t do an payment with the service you have now . Only with PAYPAL , PLEASE I ASK YOU TO BRING BACK PAYPAL PAYMENT TO SUPERBUY ! Please bring PayPal again or another method allowed in Brazil and American countries. This was too sudden, I have items on the warehouse that now I can't send because no payment method is allowed in my country. I won't be using superbuy anymore if PayPal continues disabled. This was too sudden and, if not solved, I want the money back for the products I've paid.

Please add direct credit card options for other countries as well. I live in the Philippines but I do not want to use Gcash as payment method. Hope you can offer more payment options. Hope you can settle this issue soon as soon as possible.

Please bring back paypal, the other payment methods are problematic for US buyers. Long time customers will switch from your service if you do not switch back. I would gladly pay the increased fees to keep using Paypal

Please bring back Paypal as soon as possible, I shipped out my items using Stripe but I feel much better using Paypal and may not be able to continue using you again after this. I would rather pay Paypal's fees than have to use a less safe payment method.

Please bring back PayPal!!! I'm not going to enroll in another payment system just to be able to pay for final deposits or shipping. This came up so suddenly. It would have been nice to wrap up my outstanding orders.

WHAT? This is the only payment method I'm using. How am I supposed to pay now for shipping of my 33 items in the storage if I can't use my PayPal credit or Pay in 3? I was just trying to place an order and I can't pay for it. I'm the customer and it's my choice to pay those "higher fees". BRING IT BACK!!!
