As for every delivery, I spent lot of time combining and wrapping my items. I pay for value added service to add EPE, bubble cushionning, bubble mailer, and combine together several DO orders... so I spend like 30 to 50$ to just prepare my orders. But this time nothing was like the inspection photo in my account... My figure, which I paid for EPE wrapping didn't had EPE, but just a little bubble paper on the front and another on the back, not even wrapped. My big acrylic standees were flying all over the parcel without any bubble mailer, when I paid for wrap and for combination ??! they weren't protected at all, and so they are damaged. And even though the little bubble mailer for mini acrylic stands were here, the packages of the standees were opened and the item were all over the place too... I'm really angry with the service this parcel got, and I am really afraid for the next fragile collection item I will receive in the next day...
