Parcel arrived in a little more than 3 weeks with e-EMS. All items bought on XianYu. The book Rose Kiss Secret was brand new sealed in its plastic bag and in mint conditions. The Wang Yibo photo book was in good conditions considering it is a used item. The deluxe collector's edition of the official book of The Untamed seemed in good conditions from the inspection pictures. The seller also sent some adorable gifts as postcards and stickers. But when I received the parcel the collectors box of the book and of the goods where damaged, so I applied for after sales and sent all the pictures of the unboxing. The Superbuy customer care was very helpful and gave me a shipping coupon as a partial refund. Whatever issue you have, contact Superbuy customer care, they will always help!
