1. How is total cost of parcel forwarding calculated?

    The total cost of parcel forwarding =International freight + Customs clearance fee.

Note: International freight: the logistics freight calculated according to the weight of your goods, the delivery method selected and the delivery region.

2. Can parcel-forwarded goods be sent together with the shopping agent orders?

   Yes, the goods will be displayed in"My Warehouse" after they are put into the warehouse. Usually, if the package weight does not exceed the weight limit, you can choose to submit it atone time or submit it separately for overseas delivery. If the product has security inspection and customs policy problems, it may not be possible to send them together, and the system will give corresponding prompts. For other questions, please contact customer service team.

Note: South China warehouse and Hong Kong warehouse goods cannot be checked and sent together.

2.【Superbuy Warehouse Selection】

     Superbuy supports users to submitand send the purchased items and packages from mainland China, Hong Kong and other places to the Superbuy transit warehouse, and then send them to all over the world through the Superbuy. And Superbuy warehouses in China only accept parcels and items sent from mainland China while Superbuy Hong Kong warehouse only accepts parcels sent to overseas (including Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan), and does not accept parcels sent to mainland China.
