Has anyone purchased from an online auction?

Greetings superbuy friends! I wanted to to buy a bag from an auction and I tried regular purchasing, but the agent told me it is risky because payment is not thru taobao. They advised me to use expert service to purchase but i will still have the same risks. I have never bought from an auction before so I need avice. In this regard, has anyone purchased from this auction site in taobao - how trust-worthy are they? Hello.THis is superbuy customer service Lori. Normally, this kind of purchasing website is a lottle risky. Me, also as a customer in superbuy , I didn't purchse from this website before. expert service could help but still there is risk for you to take. Thank you for your understanding.
