bought my first item from taobao via superbuy just a while ago, waiting for international shipping to deliver! excited! I'm hoping to buy used anime figures and merchandise because it's always difficult to find them after sales/preorder period and they tend to be much cheaper here.

i would gladly buy used items from those platforms too if you make them easy to navigate using superbuy but more importantly to me is making weidian work better here and fix taobao navigation too (i cant see pics while navigating taobao shops on superbuy anymore)

I usually buy on XianYu, especially photobook sets and clothes for dolls (plush dolls and BJD dolls) of chinese actors. It's sometimes the only way to get some of those items because they are mostly fan merch produced only upon preorders in very limited copies, so if you miss the preorders on Weidian you can only look for them in the used market. I'm so thankful to Superbuy for giving me the chance of buying also on the used market. The communication between the shopping agent and the seller is very fast and effective, so you can ask for all the info you want on the items you are purchasing to be sure about their conditions. Would love also to have a better Weidian support because it's the most tricky shopping platform, you often have to contact sellers on their Weibo accounts since they don't reply on the chat of their Weidian shops, sometimes it is difficult also for the Superbuy agents to contact the sellers.

same problem, since the last update of Superbuy app on my mobile I cannot see the images from taobao too, or sometimes they load only after a very long time.
