敬的用户,您好!
经过一年的辛勤劳动,我们的服务团队将于1月22日12:00-18:00迎来一年一度的“Superbuy新春年会”休假(以下简称“年会”),届时将暂停部分服务,具体服务调整安排及时效说明如下:
一、1月Superbuy年会调整安排及时效说明
1、订购时效说明:
“年会”期间(1月22日12:00-18:00)提交的订单将会在1月23日09:00上班后开始处理,处理时效根据订单提交时间依次顺延24小时。例如1月22日12:00提交的订单,我们会于1月23日12:00前订购完成。1月24日服务时效恢复正常。
2、售后时效说明:
“年会”期间(1月22日12:00-18:00)提交的订单咨询,包裹咨询,包裹售后、邮件,站内信回复,催发货、退换货等售后处理服务将会在1月23日09:00上班后开始处理,处理时效根据售后提交时间依次顺延48小时。例如1月22日 12:00 提交的售后服务,我们会于1月24日18:00前处理。1月25日服务时效恢复正常。
3、在线时效说明:
“年会”期间(1月22日12:00-18:00)在线咨询、电话咨询、微信群、留言咨询等服务将会在1月23日09:00上班后开始处理,处理时效根据留言提交时间依次顺延24小时。例如1月22日 12:00 提交的在线留言,我们会于1月24日18:00前处理。1月24日服务时效恢复正常。
4、商品入库时效说明:
Superbuy商品入库时间:商品快递签收时间截1月22日12:00,1月23日9:00恢复签收。1月22日12:00前签收的商品会在年会活动前完成入库。
5、包裹出库时效说明:
Superbuy包裹出库时间:1月21日17:00前提交支付的包裹将在年会活动前完成打包;1月21日17:00 –1月23日9:00提交的包裹将在1月23日9:00仓库上班后,根据包裹提交时间先后顺序依次处理,处理时效可能存在延误。

Notice onService Adjustment and Process Time during Employee Day
Dear users,
Greetings! After a year of hard work and new milestones, our Service Team will join the annual "Superbuy New Year Party" from 12:00 to 18:00, Jan. 22 ("New Year Party"), and some of our services will be suspended then. Details of the service adjustment and process time-frame are as follows:
1.Time-frame of Order Processing
Orders submitted during the Employee Dayvacation (12:00, Jan. 22 - 18:00, Jan. 22) will be processed after 09:00,Jan. 23, and the process time-frame will be extended by 24 hours according tothe time of order submission. For example, if you submit the order at 12:00,Jan. 22, we will purchase for you before 12:00, Jan. 23. The previous processtime-frame will be resumed starting Jan. 24.
2.Process Time-frame of After-sales Request
After-sales regarding Order Enquiry,parcel inquiry, parcel after-sale ,email reply ,internal message reply,Remind Shipping, Return & Exchange, etc. Requested during the Employee Day vacation (12:00, Jan. 22 - 18:00, Jan. 22) will be processed after 09:00,Jan. 23, and the process time-frame will be extended by 48 hours according to the time of request submission. For example, for the after-sales requestsubmitted at 12:00, Jan. 22, we will process it before 12:00, Jan. 24. The previous process time-frame will be resumed starting Jan. 25.
3. Online service description:
During the "Annual Meeting" (January 22, 12:00-18:00), online consultation, telephone consultation, wechat group, message consultation and other services will be processed after 09:00, January 23, and the validity of processing will be extended 24 hours according to the submission time of message. For example, online messages submitted at 12:00 on January 22 will be processed by 18:00 on January 24. Service was restored to normal on 24 January.
4. Responding Time for Warehouse Processing
Superbuy orders will be suspended sign-in after 12:00 pm, Jan. 22nd. The packages will be signed for warehousing from 09:00, Jan. 23nd. Products have been signed before 12:00 pm, Jan. 22nd will be warehoused before the Superbuy Year-End Party.
5. Responding Time for Parcels Processing
Superbuy Parcels submitted before 17:00, Jan. 21st will be processed ahead of the Superbuy Year-End Party. And parcels submitted from 17:00, Jan. 21st - 09:00, Jan. 23rd will be packed after 09:00, Jan. 23rd. and will according to the time sequence of package submission, but the processing time may be delayed.
