Service Suspension for EMS Preferential Line & EUB Preferential Line
Dear users, Greetings! Upon notice from the logistics provider, it will suspend accepting parcels sent via EMS Preferential Line (formerly EMS-A) (except the US-oriented parcels) & EUB Preferential Line (formerly EUB-A) due to the combined impact of the pandemic, peak season, and insufficient transport capacity. Thus, we will suspend services for EMS Preferential Line (formerly EMS-A) (except the US-oriented parcels) and EUB Preferential Line (formerly EUB-A) starting from Dec. 25, 2021. Parcels already submitted and shipped out will not be affected, and we’ll deliver and follow up on them normally. We will resume the services of these lines once sufficient transport capacity is in place. Please wait for our further notice. You can still send parcels via EMS (formerly EMS Standard Express), EUB, EMS Packet Preferential Line, and other lines. We apologize for the inconvenience, and thanks for your understanding.
