Starting from Nov. 9, 2021, we made the commitment to all Superbuy users, that is,“Parcel Delays, We Compensate”. I. Premium for On-Time Guarantee 1. Optional service; fixed premium: RMB 20 / shipment; II. How to Claim Compensation If you’re worried about parcels being significantly delayed, you can purchase On-Time Guarantee: Take Hong Kong DHL as an example. If you’ve purchased On-Time Guarantee for a parcel shipped out of our warehouse on Nov. 9, the service will be effective on Nov. 9. If the parcel is under “Undelivered”status after 15 working days (i.e. Nov. 29), you can claim compensation of RMB 400 due to parcel delay. If your parcel meets the conditions for compensation, please submit an application to us within 60 calendar days.

Premium for SuperCare Plus (Parcel Value Preserver &  Parcel Safety Protector) : After submitting parcel and selecting logistics line, you can purchase SuperCare Plus, fill in the insured value according to the actual value of products in the parcel, and click Confirm.
II. How to Claim Compensation Take Hong Kong DHL for example. If you’ve purchased Parcel Value Preserver for a parcel shipped out of our warehouse on Nov. 9, the service will be effective Nov. 9. If the parcel has been shipped out for over 2 months with any of its status not updated for over 15 days, you can claim compensation right away. If you’ve purchased Parcel Safety Protector and the parcel and products inside are found to be damaged when received, please keep relevant proof as per the compensation requirements so that you can claim compensation from us. on time delivery is applicable for china post or air cargo or other cheaper ship methods   ?
