It is really annoying having to be contacting them almost daily to receive a response from my packages, to tell you to wait and be patient, I have a package with more than 80 days and another with more than 40 days and there is no response from them.  The quality of their service is getting disgusting, they just know how to give the same answer over and over again I think we should all look for another page instead of Superbuy, they don't care about their customers, they just make money and make excuses, if my package is lost I are they going to say be patient again?

I can agree with this every time I message where my parcel is they get all defensive saying it's not there responsibility and can't guarantee it, when all I want is them to investigate where it is
