Superbuy should be closed

It is really annoying having to be contacting them almost daily to receive a response from my packages, to tell you to wait and be patient, I have a package with more than 80 days and another with more than 40 days and there is no response from them.  The quality of their service is getting disgusting, they just know how to give the same answer over and over again I think we should all look for another page instead of Superbuy, they don't care about their customers, they just make money and make excuses, if my package is lost I are they going to say be patient again?

so give us a good explication about what's is happening we know is part the covid but dispite of that something rare us happening is for the crisis of navy transportation or what? I talked with some costumers from here and they are annoying that don't inform nothing about de route of EMS and SAL specifically.

They are just being incompetent, blaming all the delays to covid while all other logistic services have no delays. They charged express shipping fees from clients but put our parcels on services with bottom priority. I will NOT use them ever again.
