680元提现已经14天了，都没有到账，客服踢皮球

以后都不敢再用Superbuy了，钱没了，就不管了。以后不敢在做任何转账汇款之类的操作了！太可怕了！以前就听说Superbuy包裹丢了，踢皮球。现在终于轮到钱丢了，也踢皮球。你们这生意是不想做了。我问了Paypal他们说是superbuy的问题。我能与Paypal联系，是因为我住的地方开车离Paypal总部仅仅一个小时，我能查到任何我想知道的记录。你让其他用户去找Paypal，他们怎么办？If you are expecting money from someone, but don’t see it in your PayPal account, it could be because:

请superbuy给我提现的英文交易信息，Tansaction ID, Invoice ID, Payment to name, Payment to email address. 我已经在和Paypal联系了，他们需要这些信息。我联系Superbuy客服时，客服仅给我一张中文的superbuy内部的记录，没有任何Paypal 的信息。而且提现的钱没有收到，Superbuy应该去追溯，让客户去联系Paypal就是一种恶心的踢皮球行为。
