Very good experience with Superbuy this time. I made a 4500g delivery of snacks sent from China all the way to the UK. I have chosen simple packaging this time since the parcel did not contain any fragile or super valuable imitation items. I have purchased Xinjiang Hetian large red dates, dried sweetened plums and skin-nourishing peach gum saponified rice and gum Tragacanth soup combo. Since it was my birthday month when I have sent this parcel for international delivery, I was awarded an extra 100 points. Surprisingly, from the date where I've submitted this parcel to delivery, it only took a mere 5 days!

Ha, I was lucky

I never choose to deliver my items during Chinese national holidays or around Christmas. The usual timeframe for EUB is around two weeks.

Yes! Although system alerts me that food items are restricted and I should separately send these items. So I always send food items on their own and not with clothing/bags etc. And for sending out food items internationally, the items must have an expiry of no less than 6 months

so no cake/bread/meat etc.

Can you read Chinese? => If so, always read the reviews underneath the item you intend to purchase. Which platform do you use to buy items? Is it Taobao? => Always check the rating of the shop. What's the star rating for the item description? What's the star rating for the services? What's the star rating for the delivery? Always make comparisons. Compare between at least three different stores. Filter products based on the number of sales and shop ratings, and check the material of the clothing or quality of the product from the buyer's photo reviews. Check if the seller accepts returns (7-day return window), and don't be shy to make enquiries with the seller.
