Delivery Delays for Parcels Sent to Israel due to COVID-19 Dear users,
Upon notification from Israel Post, due to the worsening of pandemic, the Israeli government will extend the nationwide lockdowns to Jan. 22 (further extension is likely if the pandemic is still not contained), during which the delivery outlets will be closed and local post offices will shorten business hours. Therefore, the delivery time of parcels sent to Israel via the following logistics lines will be extended accordingly.
Plus, the service of “Sign for Delivery” (the recipient needs to sign the parcels) will be suspended. Please keep an eye on logistics tracking updates, check SMS / e-mails regarding logistics, and contact the local post office to pick up parcels in time. Thank you for your understanding.
