Dear users,
Upon notification from the logistics provider, in line with EU declaration compliance, parcels sent to EU via Hong Kong DHL-A (Small) / (Heavy) should be declared truthfully, that is, the declared quantity, value and item name should all be consistent with contents in the parcel.
In case of undervaluation or failing to declare, the customs at destination will levy taxes based on the market price of similar products at the destination, the actual purchase amount of products included in the parcel, freight, etc. Meanwhile, DHL Express will charge a handling fee of 450RMB / shipment. Starting from 12:00, Jan. 14, 2021, you will be liable for the relevant expenses arising therefrom. We will require users to deal with supplementary payment of tax, with prompts to be displayed in our system soon. We apologize for the inconvenience.
In addition, starting from Jan. 8, 2021, the logistics provider will suspend collecting parcels with declared value ≤ 50USD, with any of such parcels to be intercepted and returned. To always provide you with Ingenious Service, we will help you return the parcels to our warehouse, and contact you to confirm if you need to use other lines and on further handling. Starting from 12:00, Jan. 14, 2021, we will suspend the submission of parcel orders with declared value ≤ 50USD. Those with declared value above 50USD will be submitted and shipped out normally, which also need to be declared truthfully.
We suggest that you use Hong Kong UPS (Small) / (Heavy) instead. If delivery time is not your priority, you can choose other lines like NL Post Air Mail (Registered) to send parcels to Europe.
