Bitcoin was added to payment methods on Superbuy in November 2020. The following provides a brief intro about Bitcoin and relevant service fees for your reference. What is Bitcoin? Bitcoin has four main characteristics: no centralized issuer, limited total amount, usability without geographic restrictions, and anonymity. About Service Fees When you pay with Bitcoin, aside from the shipping fees and value-added service fees charged by Superbuy, you also need to pay three types of additional handling fees as follows: 1. Fixed service fee: Superbuy will charge 2% of the total amount as fixed service fee; 2. Exchange rate difference of third-party payment platform: Due to big fluctuations in exchange rate between Bitcoin and US dollar, the third-party payment platform will moderately lower the exchange rate by 2% - 3% to against the risk of such fluctuations; 3. Miner fee: Each successful Bitcoin transaction needs miners to pack the transaction into the system. So you need to pay miner fee to get your transaction packed.
