Notice on Suspension of Mainland China DHL and Document Route

Dear Users,

Greetings! Upon notification from the logistics provider, as per the requirements of UK customs, starting from today, Mainland China DHL and Document Route will be suspended for parcels sent to the UK until further notice. Once the two lines resume service, we will let you know ASAP. If you want to send parcels to the UK, we suggest that you choose Hong Kong DHL-A and EMS instead.

For parcels sent on or before Dec. 21, we will still process and monitor them as usual. Those sent on Dec. 22 may be affected to some extent and we will proactively negotiate with the logistics provider for you.
