关于大陆DHL、文件专线发往英国的线路暂停通知

由于物流商英国海关政策问题，即日起，我司将暂停大陆DHL、文件专线发往英国的线路，恢复时间另行通知。线路恢复后，我们将第一时间发布公告。如有需要，建议您选择香港DHL-A（大货/小货）、EMS线路寄送包裹。

对于12月21日及以前发出的包裹，我们会为您处理和跟进。对于12月22日发出的包裹，可能会受到不同程度的影响，我们会积极为您与物流商交涉沟通。

Notice on Suspension of Mainland China DHL and Document Route

Dear Users,

Greetings! Upon notification from the logistics provider, as per the requirements of UK customs, starting from today, Mainland China DHL and Document Route will be suspended for parcels sent to the UK until further notice. Once the two lines resume service, we will let you know ASAP. If you want to send parcels to the UK, we suggest that you choose Hong Kong DHL-A (Heavy)/Hong Kong DHL-A (Small) and EMS instead.

For parcels sent on or before Dec. 21, we will still process and monitor them as usual. Those sent on Dec. 22 may be affected to some extent and we will proactively negotiate with the logistics provider for you.
