Superbuy长期以来保留无利润的国内转寄包裹服务,希望为正常退换货用户提供便利,考虑因其他原因转寄国内的包裹对仓库操作带来的影响,Superbuy团队于2020年11月18日起对转寄国内包裹按包裹内子订单(即:DIXXXXXXXXX)数量收取操作费,6 RMB/每子订单,单个包裹不设收费上限。

Notice on Service Fee for Parcels Forwarded Within Mainland China
Dear users,
Greetings!
To provide you with a hassle-free Return & Exchange experience, we have been running our domestic logistics lines with no profit. As some parcels forwarded within mainland China due to other reasons have impacted the regular handling of other inbound and outbound parcels, we thought carefully and decided to make the following changes:
Starting from Nov. 18, 2020, CNY 6/DI will be charged based on the number of sub-orders (DIXXXXXXXXX) in such forwarded within mainland China parcels.
Exclude the following situations:
1. DI in orders with restricted products that are marked as “Restricted”, so the products can’t be shipped to internationally. We don’t charge the service fee.
2. DI (including those generated from shopping agent orders, forwarding orders / self-purchase orders) that needs to be returned or exchanged: DI that has been confirmed by Superbuy on information including "wrong size", "wrong style", "defective", "wrong information", "missing product" and "wrong color". (if your order includes the above confirmed information but the handling fee is still charged when you submit the parcel, please contact the customer service after parcel submission for verification and refund)
