Due to the on-goingimpact of COVID-19 in China and the peak season (11.11 Shopping Festival), weare seeing big surge in parcel numbers. Coupled with the limited shipping spaceand low efficiency of parcel processing centers in the destination countries,the delivery time of parcels will see some delays:
Per Superbuy'smonitoring, the most affected lines are as follows:
1. Some parcels sentto the United States, Australia, Japan and Britain via Wuhan EMS will bedelayed (the estimated delivery time is extended to 4-6 weeks or longer)
2. Some parcels sentto the United States, Britain, Canada, Australia and France via EMS will bedelayed (the estimated delivery time is extended to 25-30 working days orlonger)
3. Parcels sent to theUnited States, Canada and Australia via HK DHL Preferential Line will stay inHong Kong for 4-5 days lining up for shipping space, and the overall deliverytime will be delayed.
4. Due to theprocessing time of customs clearance, hand-over, shipping and delivery inMalaysia being affected by the recent outbreak of pandemic, the delivery timeof parcels sent there will see some delays, and the specific time shall besubject to the actual shipping situation.
