Goods finally arrived, but sloppy

I unexpectedly received the goods today despite not having tracking information update for over 30 days. The package arrived very dented. Some of the goods fell apart, like this one headsculpt which was supposed to be 2 separate pieces, became broken into 4 pieces. There was a LOT of empty space in the box too. The cubic volume of the box could have been smaller by at least half if it was packaged properly.
