DHL Hong Kong to USA

My order was placed on May 5 and I receieved my tracking number for DHL Hong Kong on May 7. Been waiting for my package to move since then and it is still stuck on "shipment information received". Is this normal to be taking that long? I see other people getting their packages with no delays.

Dear friend, this is Fay.Now there is no news from DHL, we are just as anxious as you.The logistics company told us that we now need to wait in line for the plane.According to the DHL product line package recently sent by superbuy, it basically takes 2-3 weeks to get new news.Please wait for a while. Not yet. Still waiting on "shipment information received" to change. At this point I think it is just luck when it will happen haha

Haha, it is not Superbuy's fault and they were super helpful when helping me with my order though.
