Upon notice from logistics providers, due to flight cancellations as well as enhanced epidemic prevention and control measures implemented by destination countries caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, the operation of parcel transfer has been greatly impacted. Given this, some adjustment will be made to the following logistics routes as of today:
1. DHL(Bahrain): parcels shipped to 5 countries including the United States, Canada, Mexico, the United Arab Emirates and Oman will not be collected starting 19 Mar.
2. IE: parcels shipped to the Philippines will not be collected starting 19 Mar.
3. IE-MG: parcels shipped to 3 countries including Philippines, Malaysia and Singapore will not be collected starting 19 Mar.
4. Preferential Line and Tax-Free Line: parcels containing food will not be collected starting 19 Mar. If you want to send such parcel, please select EMS or EUB routes.
5. Hong Kong DHL & SF Logistics General Service: parcels shipped to the Philippines will not be collected starting 20 Mar.
Parcels that have been shipped to the above countries while not being scheduled for air transport yet will be returned to our warehouse. Please pay attention to your inbox messages and resubmit your parcel with other logistics routes in case of return. Once these routes are available again, we will let you know immediately.
