PN19601041582 法国当地物流显示shipment on hold ! 请问我能做什么？用了这么久superbuy EMS 第一次发生这个状况？请问我该怎么办？真的是越来越失望了

Hi， I can understand- empathise and sympathise. Have experienced before. The bottleneck is at Singapore customs. The customs clearing process can be a pain and a delay. I used to think it is Superbuy or the shipper- only to realise I was wrong. The delay was due to customs.

Using EMS (suppsedly express) is slower because EMS feeds into the national SingPost and bureacracy-wise, every EMS parcel has to go through a thorough checklist through the customs. Imagine what a socialy embarrassing news if the national post carrier let a restricted item slip through or by pass customs.. There is, however, a way.....
