Hello, this order was really problematic because of an error of the agent who made the preorder payment of 3 of the products included, it caused a delay in the shipping of the product and some replacement parts from a seller. I'm very grateful with the agent Leslie helping me all the time with the problem, she's great, always trying to solve the problems we faced for almost a month even if it was not her responsability. The packing was good as always and everything arrived great. The delivery was late but that's a problem with the postal service of my country. I'm grateful with Superbuy because you even give me a small refund after all the problems. Thank you for your good service even when a lot of problems arise.
