Price Adjustment for some of the Superbuy Logistics

The service providers of different logistics lines have been increasing their prices overthe years, some of them decided to calculate the shipping fee using the volumeweight, which is also a way of increasing the price. Superbuy covered theadditional shipping cost as our goal has always been to provide the bestservice available to our users.
However, the cross-border logistics servicesare growing and the available air transportation resource is limited, all themajor logistics providers have increased their prices. The logistics providersthat have not increased their prices yet also informed Superbuy that they mightincrease their prices in October or November. The increase in the shipping costhas reached a point that we have to make some adjustments.
To ensure the quality of our services andminimize the impact on the parcels submitted during November and December, wewant to give you advance notice that we will be adjusting the shipping fee forcertain logistics lines. The price adjustment will be implemented on 09:00 ofNovember 9.  At the meanwhile, Superbuywill bear the additional shipping cost for products ordered before 09:00 ofNovember 9.
According to the above rule, shipping of products ordered before 09:00 of November 9 will be refunded: 1. If you choose the shipping method which the price is rise,the parcel submitted will be charged according to the new standard firstly.
2. For parcels that contain products bought by 09:00 of November 9, be it from shopping agent, Superbuy Selected or Forwarding orders, the parcel will be partly refunded according to the weight/volume percentage of the relevant products. Users will receive refund of differences caused by the new standard. 3. However, products available for shipping fee refund need to be submitted for delivery between 09:00 of November 9 and 23:59 of November 30. Otherwise, shipping of the products will receive no refund. 4. The refund will be sent to user accounts within 4 working days after dispatch.
Superbuyvalues the user experience and benefits, to minimize the impact on the priceadjustment, we made the following decisions:
1. Wedecided to lower the prices of some logisticslines while increasing the prices of a few logistics lines to certaincountries.
2. We would like to express our gratitude foryour support, so we will be handing out a batch of shipping coupons duringOctober and November.

If the thereis a price reduction in the future, we will adjust our prices again and makeanother notice, thank you for your understanding!
Logisticsprice adjustment notice from the service providers (to minimize the impact, wecovered the increased cost of most logistics lines):
Attachment1: Aramex Price Adjustment Notice
The shippingfee of Aramex was increased by 5% to 6% on Aug 16, 2018.

Attachment2: EUB Price Adjustment Notice
The servicefee (Europe) of EUB was increased by CN¥ 3/parcel on Jan 1, 2018.

Attachment 3: DHL Price Adjustment Notice
For parcelsto the United Kingdom, an additional CN¥ 50/parcel would be charged by DHL starting from Jan 17, 2018.

Attachment 4: DHL Ecommerce(Economy line)Price Adjustment Notice

The shipping fee of DHL Ecommerce(Economy line)was increased on Jan 8, 2018.

Attachment 5: USPS Air Mail (Small) and SF Air Mail (small)(Volume Weight) Notice

The shipping fee of USPS Air Mail (small) and SF Air Mail (small) would be calculated using the volume weight (L*H*W/6000) starting from Sept 15, 2018, and the logistics cost was increased by 13%.

Attachment 6: Post Line Price Adjustment Notice

The shipping fee of Post Line was increased by 12.29% for parcels to the United Kingdom and 7.47% for parcels to the United States on Jan 8, 2018.

Attachment 7: China Post Registered Air Mail Price Adjustment Notice

The shipping fee of China Post Registered Air Mail was increased by 2% to 18% since Jun 1, 2018.

Attachment 8: Preferential LinePrice Adjustment Notice

The shipping fee of Preferential Line was increased by 12.6% on Sept 10, 2018.

Attachment 9: EMS Price Adjustment (Volume Weight) Notice

Starting from Nov 1, 2017, for EMS parcels with length over 60 centimeters (single side), the shipping fee would be calculated using the volume weight. Superbuy still charged the shipping fee based on the actual weight of the parcel when most of the other platforms charged their users the actual cost.

Dear customers: we only adjust the price of several shipping lines within 4 countries. USA, Canada, Australia and UK. 7 lines are reduced and 6 lines are increased. The increased is tiny.
