Thank you Superbuy ( in particular..) especially during this difficult time...

Dear Superbuy, Viz. *Jerry & Raymond * Polly & Blanker & Iris & Angelina & Lori * Sunny & Mike & Arno In line with May LOVE events, i wish to complement and augment with a LOVE for some outstanding Superbuy staff! Since most of my posts have been too wordy, verbose and details; perhaps I shall pen this email in a more generic (and hopefully, musing and poetic sense) in expressing my heartfelt thanks. As a loyal patron, regular shopper  (you may say, compulsive obsessive online shopper of certain Art & Modelling products from China (!Yes Chinese goods are in the same league on par to the mainstream brands), ever since getting acquainted with and engaged and continued to rely on Superbuy, I am very impressed and grateful for the consistently reliable and high standards of services rendered. As an user heavily reliant on Superbuy, which is natural given the powerful hardware (interfaces, app & website, systems, processes., flows, etc) , software (not limiting to the app and website but the human capital), culture advocated, exhorted and expounded by the CEO of a culture of continuously improvements, single-minded customer orientation, I am very supportive of Superbuy and all staff. This period, I came down seriously ill with dengue fever (bitten by Aedes mosquitoes in some tropical parts of Asia in my business trips). To aggravate matters, I refused to take complete rest and such misplaced optimism culminated in a serious car accident. During this arduous period, I want to single out: *Jerry & Raymond * Polly & Blanker & Iris & Angelina & Lori * Sunny & Mike & Arno who have helped tremendously, with me being out of action and out of touch, to keep my Superbuy purchases and parcels going smoothly! I do appreciate and am aware that behind each DO order number, each DI item number, each PN parcel number, each enquiry, and reply; you have worked hard painstakingly, toiling tirelessly despite your sweat and blood, going the extra mile and going beyond your normal call of duty! On a poetic note, from the bottom of my heart, I thank you. I may not have sees you in person, and you are thousands of miles away from me as I pen this message. You are a human being, with your own life (encompassing hectic stressful pressing responsibilities and commitments, social and peer circles, family and loved ones, and your ownself) with all your busy (albeit interesting and enriching) life stories, values and experiences. Though i would love to; time, space and other constraints may mean sadly I would not get to know you for the person that you truly are. And that's inevitable and inadvertent.. Not all relationships can mean to last a lifetime. But in this very temporal fleeting moment, Superbuy and you are in my thoughts, because  you ROCK! Befitting her name, Superbuy is SUPER! You are Superbuy SUPER team of SUPER staff! You are awesome! This is especially so when you, as a complete stranger and in the capacity as a staff of a service provider, has helped me, a complete stranger, without asking for reward or recognition. You don't seek fame, or rewards, or compensation. In fact, you wanted to keep a low profile. But you make my life, especially this challenging period, happier and extrapolating, my world, our worlds, a better place. On the inset of my illness (necessitating long hospitalisation) and then accident (calling for a brain surgery), I have not had to worry that behind the scenes, you are helping to ensure all my Superbuy purchases and parcels are smooth. Indeed, my lack of worries is well not ungrounded! After my surgery, and now complete bed rest, I am grateful and gratified that, hey, during this time of absence , out of action and intermittent almost no communication, all of you have helped tremendously behind the scenes! To sound melodramatic and hyberbolic, you have helped me become a newer, healthier, happier man, who will now rest and recuperate and focus my attention on bigger issues and problems- the big picture of life and grand scheme of things. In helping me, Superbuy inc Jerry, Raymond, Polly, Iris, Blanker, Sunny, Arno, Mike; and working hard behind the scene SILENTLY, your seemingly invisble & intangible work have indeed gone a long way in transitioning my recovery! I do acknowledge, recognise, appreciate and cognizant of. Again, it is with great joy as I expect my online shopping to arrive! I thank you once again!!!! Superbuy has become not just a service provider of choice & consistent reliability, customer service: you have brought much delights! I recall the words and motto of Superbuy CEO Mr Gong which rings so true! That he is gratified to have a close team of super staff who are human resources and capital, employees and family to you, as all work towards blazing a legendary trail for Superbuy. (Already, with reports in Chinese media, in international magazines, in online blogs and forums, in even business case studies and venture capitalists' talking points: Mr Gong himself and Superbuy are already becoming a legend, and buzzword!) With much appreciation and gratitude And much cheers & best wishes zhilong (PS. I am back!)

As long as not resting in peace, rest properly and recover.
