Where is my EMS package?

You can call 1-800-275-8777 or 222 1811 for help. Or else, you can browse website https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input We’ll push EMS to deal with your package and if any message, we’ll let you know asap. If any other questions, kindly let us know.

The link doesn't work. Please check and re-post.  Please push EMS to resolve this situation.  Otherwise I am afraid my box will be sitting there forever and being ignored since there are new packages coming in everyday.  Thanks.

I'm sorry not clearly to reply you,please refer to  the answer detailedly. 1.  According to the China Post, the air flight information you can see the  pictures.  Package is arranged the direct flight on 7-April but specific US airport can't be known. 2.The other question about the tracking line, I test  it is working so I ask my colleagues to check it again , it finally shows it's still working right. But because the USPS not receive and handle package, the tracking is still not update. Once it's scanned by USPS, you can see the update information by usps website(https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackC ... abels=EA178963469CN ) or Superbuy. If you still can't see it ,can you show me the pictures , I will ask IT to check it against. 3. About all delayed packages, our logistics team are monitoring every parcel, don't worry we won't ignore one package, Please wait more patiently ,Superbuy will closely follow every packages until they are delivered. if you have more questions, you also can click professional  customer  services for 7*24hours Many thanks  for your choice.

The normal processing period is 3-5 days. If your parcel stays in this status for a long time, you can call the US customs to know why. Here’s the number : 1 877 227 55 11 (Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm ). You can provide them the customs clearance.
