【公告】各物流路线2017年元旦假期公告

尊敬的用户：

       受公众假期圣诞节及元旦节假期影响，包裹转运和派送时效可能会出现以下有延迟状况：

       1、圣诞节假期目的地派送会有所延迟；

       2、元旦假期转运会出现1~3天的延迟；

       3、香港地区2016.12.25/26/27及2017.1.1/1.2期间无车发往香港；

       4、圣诞节期间superbuy仓库操作正常，发货正常，元旦节期间superbuy仓库操作正常，发货受假期影响会有1~3天顺延，各线路放假时间表如下图所示。

         

         注：黄色标注为物流商放假，不进行收件工作；

[Announcement] New Year Holiday Notice for Shipping Companies  

Dear Valued Customers,

         Influenced by public holidays (Christmas and New Year), there might be a delay occurred for delivery.

         1. Local delivery might be delayed during Christmas Holidays.

         2. Local delivery might be delayed for 1 to3 days during New Year.

         3. No transportation to Hong Kong during 25th December 2016 to 2nd January 2017.

         4. Superbuy warehouse will operate normally during Christmas and New Year holidays, but there still might be a delay for delivery as most of the logistics companies are off during holidays. Please note: most of the delivery are facing 1-3 days delay.

         We regret for the inconvenience that caused you. Please bear with us as we always try our best to provide the best service to you. Thank you for your understanding and supports.
