Superbuy is the best service I have ever used. I buy items for my ill son, Kwok Tim Fai! He is in the hospital right now. The agents send me photos of the items to confirm if there are any flaws. They also have very nice packaging. This is why Superbuy is the best!

I’ve used the packaging replacement service and it definitely helped reduce the shipping price. The agents will also help retake the photos to confirm the replacement as well and I really appreciate it.

I have used the "Split Order" service a few times. Mostly when the seller included candies etc. as gift in the parcel. Other times were when the warehouse quality inspector / photographer put all products from the same parcel into one single item, therefore I needed to spilt the items to reduce weight in case I wanted to ship them in different parcels. I actually don't mind that they take photos of all items in one set of quality checking photo if the products are small or duplicated. However, for larger products I wish they would do it separately. Besides, most quality inspectors and photographers did a good work. I would like to thank them.

Superbuy is by far the best platform to use as an agent everything is so easy to use, the staff is always here to help and respond even when they don’t hear from you just to see if everything is fine.my only complaint is that you have to pay to get better photos but it’s okay photographers gotta eat too. Never had an issue with their service, would recommend 100%

I have used detailed photos, packaging replacement/removal, and split order before. I appreciate how much the agents go above and beyond to actually add value, to the service they give you. They will always give you the detailed photo you ask for, and will get back to you if they want to make sure they're doing what was asked of them. Strongly suggest you guys also tip your agents, because they do a good job for a very low price that is the value added service =)
