Hello my PARCEL TRACKING IS EV998758738CN,, THIS PARCEL WAS SENT OUT BACK IN OCTOBER, ITS GOING ON EXACTLY THREE MONTHS TIME NOW AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PACKAGE TO NEW YORK IN UNITED STATES. THIS IS TERRIBLE SERVICE AS NO PACKAGE DURING ANY DELAY SHOULD TAKE THREE MONTHS, I AM TRULY DISGUSTED WITH EMS SERVICE. BEST PART ABOUT ALL THIS IS THAT MY PARCEL HAS NOT HAD ANY MOVEMENT SINCE BEGINNING OF NOVEMBER. SOMEONE IS CLEARLY NOT DOING HIS OR HER JOB AND SHOULD BE REPRIMANDED. I WANT TO KNOW WHERE MY PARCEL IS AND WHY ITS JUST BEING IGNORED.
