The questions related to the warehouse relocation will be answered here: 1、Time: The Superbuy warehouse relocation will be completed over several relocations. The first relocation will be completed between 16th Mar and 17th Mar. The second relocation will be completed between 29th Mar and 1st Apr. The confirmed date will be sent to the affected users’ inbox 3 to 5 days prior to the relocation. The users who did not receive the messages will not be affected. 2、When will there be a new warehouse address or when should I ship my products to the new warehouse address? The users who received the inbox messages can find the new warehouse address on the day of relocation on the Superbuy website or APP (PC users: Parcel Forwarding – View Superbuy warehouse address, APP users: My Superbuy – Warehouse Address). Also, you will receive an inbox message saying that the warehouse address has been changed. You can ship the products to the new warehouse address after receiving the message. If you did not receive the message, you can still ship the products to the old warehouse address. 3、How will the orders submitted before the warehouse relocation be handled? You can contact the seller and change your shipping address if your product has not been shipped yet when you received the message regarding the warehouse relocation. If the product has already been shipped when you received the message, we will send our employees to pick up the parcel from the old warehouse and stock the product in the new warehouse, however, the warehouse stock-in will be delayed for 2 to 3 days. A friendly reminder to all our users: Please make sure that you change your shipping address to the new warehouse address when forwarding your parcel after receiving the message regarding the warehouse relocation.
