我反正是一路支持superbuy到底 用過要收10%服務費的 也曾用過那種私人的物流（還得一樣樣列出包裹內容物的價錢數量 真心累）superbuy的收費全透明 清清楚楚 而且重點是 要是出了什麼問題 負責到底 其實有時候是物流的問題 但是superbuy肯追 驗貨拍照這個 更是一個大大的贊 多好的服務啊 謝謝你們全員 辛苦了 在海外的生活 有你們真好

常有的事情，並不覺得奇怪。很多時候往淘寶淘是因爲看到東西都比在美國買便宜很多，可是通常買的時候都忘了國際運費這東西的存在（國際郵費是最傷不起的一欄啊）。加上有些東西只能用某種付運服務，所以往往一不小心就常出現郵費比商品總額高的情況。或許，下次買了一大堆東西又不是急着馬上要用的話，試着把不同訂單上的東西混搭着寄，提交運單前通常不是可以預估包裹重量和郵費是多少嗎? 自己可以在提交前試試混搭不同的東西再看看哪個寄送服務的價比性高一點囉。最重要的是除非必要，不然把不必要的包裝填充物都去掉，重量又可以少一點了。 個人經驗：我比較喜歡把一些低價格的東西混着一些價格較高的東西一起打包，再挑自己覺得時候的服務。通常很多時候我每個包裹的郵費都大概是控制在那個包裹裡面商品總額的三分之一到二分一之間。（當然，要是有食物的話就別無選擇，只能挑EMS囉）

i did a bit of survey and it's indeed true, your postage price is competitive and not higher than any courier services. but the strange thing here... when i spent let's say 100 British Pounds here, my money runs short and can get less RMB. If i buy direct from Taobao with credit card, even being charge 3% commissions, I still able to get my £100 worth more. Its all kinda hidden charge here. for me, No complain on the postage.

I guessed that's because Taobao doesn't need to go thru a third party (PayPal) to process the transaction, but Superbuy does. Once a third party agent is involved, then you can only go with the third party agent's exchange rate not the market rate. PayPal is well known for giving people low exchange rates.

the amount shown in USD (from any amount of RMB entered) is not exchange rate set by PayPal. I've checked on the same day same time, unless there's a delay for Superbuy using older rates, but I think it's unlikely. How to check exchange rate in PayPal https://www.paypal.com/gb/selfhe ... e-can-i-find-paypal as when pay into paypal, you can chose to use Credit Card company rate, and pay the amount in quoted currency, there's a thread about this as well by the CEO. for those who's not using USD credit card, will get commissioned twice as the exchange occurred twice. XX Currency to USD (this is by Paypal)

别的网站的服务费用硬是要吃百分之8的加成  心累
