Hi everyone,
my nest is officially empty, and the giant suburban house suddenly feels like a museum. I'm debating swapping our five-bedroom place for a compact, walkable downtown condo.
The thought of zero yard work sounds amazing, but my spouse is terrified we’ll kill each other if we lose our separate home offices. We’ve been browsing smaller urban listings under Gary Wales Realtor, but the spatial transition feels daunting.
For those who downsized significantly, did you experience serious claustrophobia or did the lifestyle freedom outweigh the lost square footage? How did you compromise on personal space?
Thanksin advance.
