Happy with Superbuy, not happy with DHL

RECOMMEND I will only share one of the goods I ordered this time: Paulownia 3mm wood. The seller was very helpful in suggesting the right product and even with extra service (I asked to cut into smaller pieces). Never happened before with other shipping options. Not using it again. All the Superbuy services were done extremely fast and well this time: inspections, returns, photos of the goods, answering my inquiries. 10/10.

I’m happy with Superbuy overall—their service is smooth, prices fair, and packaging secure. But DHL really dropped the ball this time. Slow delivery, poor updates, and extra fees made the experience frustrating. Next time, I’ll stick with Superbuy’s cheaper shipping options, especially when ordering things like Cheap Sex Dolls or collectibles.
