Dear Superbuy Users, After a year of hard work, the Superbuy service team will take a break for the "Superbuy Annual Party" from 17:00 to 18:00, December 27, 2024. During this period, some services will be suspended. The specific service adjustments and processing time are as follows: Service Processing Time During the Superbuy Annual Party 1, Time-frame of Order Processing a. Agent orders submitted before 17:00 on December 27 will be processed and completed on December 27. b. Agent orders submitted between 17:00 and 18:00 on December 27 will begin processing after 09:00 on December 28. Regular orders will be completed by 14:00 on December 28, and Speedy Response orders will be completed by 10:00 on December 28. 2, Time-frame of After-Sales Request After-sales services will be suspended from 17:00 on December 27 and will resume after 09:00 on December 28. The processing time will be deferred by 24 hours according to the submission time. 3, Time-frame of Online Customer Service Online service, telephone consultation, WeChat group, and message consultation services will be suspended starting from 17:00 on December 27 and will resume after 09:00 on December 28. The processing time will be deferred by 24 hours according to the submission time of the messages. Warm Reminder: From January 28 to February 4, 2025, is the Chinese Spring Festival holiday. Mid-January onwards, Taobao and other domestic e-commerce platform sellers and logistics service providers will take holidays successively, which may affect your order processing and shipping timing. To avoid the impact of the holiday on your purchasing plans, Superbuy suggests placing orders for purchasing goods or submitting international parcels as soon as possible to ensure your orders are processed promptly.
