How to use Superbuy POD service?
Step 1: Click here to go to POD page, where you can choose the products you want to customize
(e.g. white T-shirts, hats, mugs, pillows, etc.), or go to Shopping Agent page to purchase products to be customized.
Must-knows for purchasing:
1. You can check whether POD is supported for your purchased items according to the following:
(1) Clothing, hats and cushions shall come in solid color without patterns;
(2) Clothing, hats and cushions shall be made of cotton (50% or above), and non-rough fabrics are also supported.
2. If you cannot be sure about it, please contact customer service
in advance to confirm the link before placing order.

If your products for POD are already in the warehouse, you can directly contact customer service for printing.
Step 2: After purchasing the product, please prepare the pattern for printing, and there are two ways for you:
Method 1: please choose pics by going to Image Gallery, and copy the links or the screenshot of your favorite pics.
Method 2: Users provide their own prepared pattern.
Step 3: Please click the online document link and download:
Please fill in the printing requirements in the document.
Printing requirements include:Product DI number and product name to be printed;Printed position;
The size of the printed pattern;Etc,.
(Currently, it only supports printing on clothing, hats and pillows. I
f there is no printing requirement, Superbuy will design and print independently by default.)
After finish the above steps, please send the printed pattern &
printing requirement document to Superbuy customer service,
Service Fee Notice: This service is a fee-based service and will be assessed
and billed according to the complexity of your customized printing requirements.
The specific service fee will be fed back to you by Superbuy customer service after evaluating the printing requirements.
After you confirm the fee and complete the payment, the Superbuy warehouse will print as required.

Superbuy has carefully designed the printing template,
you only need to directly send the selected [template number] + [printed pattern] to Superbuy customer service.
We will print according to the pattern position and template pattern size shown in the template.

Step 4: After customization completes, we will provide photos of quality checks
and 90-day free storage. You can consolidate POD products with other items
stored in our warehouse for shipment, so as to save shipping fees.
*After-sales:
(1) In case of problems such as damages, wrong printed pics and missing printed pics,
please contact us in time, and we’ll refund you the handling fee and product cost upon verification.
(2) Due to complexities of customization, Return & Exchange is not supported
except for problems related to printing process and product quality.
